How does the integrated LED work?

The LED automatically turns on when opened to illuminate your touch-ups, even in dark places.

Do I need to recharge or change the LED battery?

No, the LED is designed to last a long time and does not require recharging or battery replacement.

Is the gloss moisturizing?

Yes, its formula nourishes and protects lips to keep them soft, supple and comfortable.

Does the gloss have a taste or flavor?

Yes, each gloss has its own unique scent with fruity notes and offers a slightly sweet, delicate and pleasant taste on the lips.

Does the gloss stick?

No, its light texture is non-sticky and provides a natural shiny finish.

How long does the gloss last on the lips?

Its hold varies depending on your habits (meals, drinks, etc.), but it provides shine and comfort for several hours, with the possibility of quick touch-ups thanks to the mirror and LED.

How to store lip gloss correctly?

Store at room temperature, away from heat and sunlight to preserve texture and color.

Delivery via Mondial Relay

How is delivery done?

Delivery is made via Mondial Relay. Your package will be sent to a collection point near your home or to the address indicated when ordering. You can then easily collect it with your ID and tracking number.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your location, but on average, it takes 3 to 5 business days for receipt.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment to track your package in real time.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact our customer service quickly. We promise to resolve the issue, whether through a return or refund.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only deliver to Belgium, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Luxembourg via Mondial Relay.

Can I choose my relay point?

Yes, when ordering, once payment is confirmed, you can select the relay point that suits you best from the list offered by Mondial Relay.

Can I track my package?

Yes, a tracking number is sent to you by email or SMS so you can follow the progress of your delivery to the relay point.

What happens if I don't collect my package on time?

If the package is not collected within 8 days, it will be automatically returned to the sender. Contact our customer service for a new shipment (shipping costs will be at your expense) or a refund.

Return and refund

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lip glosses.

What should I do if my product is not compliant or arrives broken?

Send us a photo of the product and its packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer you a suitable solution (return or exceptional refund).

What if I receive the wrong item?

Contact our customer service immediately with a photo. We will take care of the problem and send you the correct product.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

No, no refunds are given if you change your mind after purchase.

How long does it take to process a claim?

We generally respond within 24 to 72 working hours after receiving your request and supporting documents.
